Steve elected as Chair of South Central Liberal Democrats

Leading campaigner Councillor Steve Sollitt has been elected Chair of South Central Liberal Democrats at the recent regional agm in Newbury.

"This role is an important one within the Party as we continue to make progress towards the next General Election and beyond. The present leadership contest will help to push the Party further into the public eye and increase discussion over the Party itself."

Steve has been a member of the Regional executive since its formation following the merger of two previous regions. The South Central region covers the areas o Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
