The electors of Southampton Test want change - Sollitt8.38.54pm BST (GMT +0100) Thu 21st Apr 2005
Voters in Southampton Test want change, a real change for the better says Steve Sollitt, Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate for Southampton Test. At the halfway point in the General Election, local candidate Steve Sollitt has been receiving letters, emails and phone calls from disillusioned Labour and Tory voters wanting change and looking for a local candidate to deliver that. "Living and working here makes it easier to see what is actually going on and to realise the issues that are concerning local residents. From the correspondence I have been receiving and the feedback on the doorstep, people want a real change. They feel let down by Labour and they just don't trust anything the Tories say anymore." In just 14 days time the electors of Southampton Test will have an opportunity to send a strong message. I urge them to come out and vote and do just that"
